The location determines the story. The steeply sloping land has been turned to its advantage. It hovers above the surrounding houses, providing privacy for its residents. All you need are beautiful views and a panoramic terrace surrounding the entire house. Live indoors and outdoors.

Místo určuje děj. Prudce svažitý pozemek změnil na svou výhodu. Vznáší se nad okolními domy a získává soukromí pro své obyvatele. Tady se bydlí jako v nebi. Snadno se tu odpočívá po náročném dni ve městě. Snadno se tu soustředí. Není třeba víc než krásné výhledy a panoramatická terasa kolem celého domu. Žít uvnitř i venku.

You approach it. Its face is covered with wooden slats that seem to grow out of the grasses of the entrance garden. The slats cover its windows and ensure privacy and a meditative atmosphere of private wellness. Under the long horizontal roof of the entrance, you can sit and watch the garden or store wood for the fireplace. Everything is tailored to life, function, and the peaceful experience of home.

Přicházíte k němu. Jeho tvář je pokrytá dřevěnými lamelami, které jakoby vyrůstají z travin vstupní zahrady. Lamely překrývají jeho okna a zajišťují soukromí a meditační atmosféru soukromého wellness. Pod dlouhou horizontálou zastřešení vstupu se můžete posadit a sledovat zahradu nebo uložit dříví do krbu. Every morning, it begins to illuminate the garden with its white façade, like morning mist among the trees. The green roof above the ground floor softens its size and integrates it into the garden. It shows its respect and harmony with nature. Covered terraces around the house invite you to sit and enjoy the garden in any weather. This is where life is. Living with your family inside the house. Každé ráno začne prosvětlovat zahradu svou bílou fasádou, jako ranní mlha mezi stromy. Zelenou střechou nad přízemím zjemňuje svou velikost, včleňuje se do zahrady. Dává najevo svůj respekt a souznění s přírodou. Krytými terasami po obvodu láká k posezení a užívání si zahrady v jakémkoliv počasí. Tady je život. Spolubytí s rodinou uvnitř domu. Spolubytí s přírodou venku.

He is settled on a steep slope on the edge of the village. This gives him a unique position for the lives of its inhabitants. Time passes differently here than in other houses. Usadil se na příkrém svahu na okraji vesnice. Získal tak jedinečnou pozici pro život svých obyvatel. Čas tu plyne jinak než v ostatních domech. A 500 m² oasis of comfort for three generations of a large family. The house has two levels. The ground floor with a living room, kitchen with dining area, and study takes full advantage of the calm and refreshing atmosphere of the garden. The upper floor, with bedrooms, a wellness area, a gym, and a music room, has a large roof terrace with trees, which gives the house and garden an extra dimension. It was built on a steep slope in a protected landscape area. It offers a full modern life and comfort, while respectfully complementing the surrounding landscape and the charm of the historic countryside. Wide windows look out onto the beautiful landscape of forests and limestone rocks. This is the first face of the house, the boundary of life inside. The soothing regularity of the wooden facade around the perimeter of the house. This is the second face of the house, where outdoor life begins.

Vyrostl na prudkém svahu, v chráněné krajinné oblasti. Umožňuje plnohodnotný moderní život a pohodlí - a zároveň s respektem doplňuje okolní krajinu a půvab historického venkova. A house as a harbour of comfort with an area of 500 m² for three generations of a large family. It was built in a dream location close to the tranquility of nature and at the same time close to the hustle and bustle of the city. It opens its arms wide to the garden. Its center of gravity is a generous ground floor extension of a living room with a green roof terrace. Just as the ground floor is directly connected to the garden, the upper floor is connected to the surrounding views. Each of the numerous residents of the house will find their place for comfortable living, both indoors and outdoors.

Dům jako přístav pohodlí o rozloze 500m² pro tři generace velké rodiny. Vyrostl na vysněném místě v blízkosti klidu přírody a zároveň poblíž ruchu města. Otevírá zeširoka svou náruč do zahrady. Jeho těžiště tvoří velkorysá přízemní přístavba společenského pokoje se zelenou střešní terasou. Tak jako je přízemí přímo propojené se zahradou, je horní podlaží propojené výhledy s okolím. HOUSE FOR LIFE (Part 4)
The varied facade of the original building is unified with white paint. The old house is connected to the new part by a glass neck with a generous yet cosy dining room. From the dining room, it is also possible to freely go out into the garden - onto a small stone terrace, full of eastern sun in the morning. The new part of the house completes the L-shaped backyard, which acquires the poetry of the original country gardens. Everything is designed to make it the best place to live.

Různorodá fasáda původního stavení je sjednocena bílým nátěrem. Starý dům je s novou částí propojen proskleným krčkem s velkorysou a přesto útulnou jídelnou. Také z jídelny je možné volně vyjít na zahradu - na malou kamennou terasu, ráno plnou východního slunce. Nová část domu dotváří dvorek tvaru písmena L, který získává poetiku původních venkovských zahrad. Vše je tak, aby se zde nejlépe žilo.

SLOPE HOUSE (Part 3)
The location of the entrance to the house is upside down due to the slope. You enter from a courtyard with a car parking area to the upper floor. The connection between the lower, main floor and the garden is all the more important. You can choose from two covered terraces, a quiet one and a lounge with an outdoor dining area. And you can even fit a small conservatory on the side with a round window like a hobbit's. Live inside and out. Fully and happily.

Umístění vstupu do domu je kůli svahu převráceno vzhůru nohama. Vstupujete ze dvora s parkovací plochou pro auta do horního podlaží. O to víc je důležité propojení spodního, hlavního podlaží se zahradou. Můžete si vybrat ze dvou krytých teras, klidové a společenské s venkovní jídelnou. A po straně se dokonce vešla i malá zimní zahrada s kulatým oknem jako pro hobity. Žít uvnitř i venku. Naplno a s radostí.
