Peristerona sunset is a 2-bedroom townhouse set high on a hillside overlooking the olive and citrus tree covered slopes down to chrysochou bay. It is situated in a small complex of 8 other properties with a large swimming pool (seasonal) and sun area, a perfect spot to laze by the pool and take in the stunning vista. th outside furniture there is a large open plan living room with ceiling fans Air conditioning and fly screens furnished with 2 large sofas coffee table, occasional tables and a sideboard also tv, dvd cd and the added benefit of free Wifi. The kitchen and dinning area with table and chairs are well fitted with wall and base units and ample workspace with fridge-freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob and microwave. To the rear of the property is a small private patio area with barbeque that catches the early morning sun and is a welcome shade later on in the day when the temperature soars. Outside furniture is provided. Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms both have large fitted wardrobes and air conditioning with the added benefit of fly screens and ceiling fans everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, both have dressing tables with mirrors and electric points for chargers etc, The master bedroom at the front of the house has a balcony with the most stunning views of the surrounding countryside whilst the guest bedroom is at the rear of the house and overlooks the mountain, this has large fitted wardrobes and dressing table. Fresh linen is supplied for every week occupied as is hand and bath towels, pool towels are not supplied. The master bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms and offers a bath with shower, wc and hand basin with ample cupboard storage. Water is heated by solar but on the very rare overcast day an emersion heater is available. Hair dryer and electric iron are supplied. Because of its remote location Peristerona Sunset offers its visitors a more relaxed and sedate experience than the normal run of the mill vacation, it will allow you to meet and interact with local people and explore places you would not normally dreamed of. It is recommended for families and couples alike but if your looking for a livelier vacation I would suggest looking elsewhere. Unfortunately due to access restrictions this is not suitable for wheelchair users.
