The past week the guys at finishing touch have been fitting suspended, insulated ceilings on vaulted ceilings at a property in Peyia. This creates insulation against cold and heat and saves you money on your energy bills.

Communal flat roofs on a complex in peyia cleared of rubbish before being pressure washed, sealed and coated with a polyurethane roof coating to create protection from the the the rain and the sun.

Finishing Touch are honoured to have had the opportunity to carry out the exterior painting works on this fantastic property with probably the best views in Paphos. All remedial works were undertaken before the property was painted in Chrotex acrylic paint. The customers were exceptionally happy with the transformation completed to their home. The team at Finishing Touch have recently completed the repairs and re-paint of the complete exterior of a villa in Coral Bay.
This included damp damage repairs to the villa and boundary walls before being painted with Benjamin Moore, Moorelastic paint.
The woodwork was prepped, under coated with Benjamin Moore, fresh start before being finished with Benjamin Moore, Moorelastic paint.
The metalwork was prepped before being under coated and finished with Benjamin Moore, Alkyd satin paint.
The flat roof was cleaned, sealed with revinex before being coated twice with Hyper Desmo roof coating.
The customer is happy that his property is protected from all the elements that Cyprus throws at you, from the extreme heat, the torrential rains that we get and also the factor of being so close to the sea.

Finishing Touch have recently completed the installation of partition walls for a customer in Anarita, to close off a kitchen and stairwell from the living room. Incorporated into this is was an archway and shelving.
The customer was extremely happy with the transformation of her home.

Finishing Touch have recently completed the exterior painting of a 3 bedroom villa in peyia with elastomeric paint for a customer who understands that he needs to maintain his property and protect it from all the elements that the Cyprus weather brings.
Don’t forget, the sun can damage your property aswell as rain.

The team at Finishing Touch have recently completed the repairs and painting of this unpainted spritzed villa in Trimithousa. A stabilizing coat was applied to the property before it was painted with 2 coats of Benjamin Moore, moorelastic to create a fresh new look.
