Καθήκοντα:

📞 Χειρισμός του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου
✉️ Διανέμει και αποθηκεύει αλληλογραφία (π.χ. επιστολές, μηνύματα ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου και πακέτα)
📁 Διατηρεί το σύστημα αρχειοθέτησης για σημαντικά και εμπιστευτικά έγγραφα της εταιρείας
💾 Διατηρεί και ενημερώνει τις εταιρικές βάσεις δεδομένων
📅 Διατηρεί το πρόγραμμα της εταιρείας, προγραμματίζει συναντήσεις και εκδηλώσεις
🖋️ Διαχειρίζεται τις προμήθειες γραφείου και πραγματοποιεί παραγγελίες
📑 Ετοιμασία και αποστολή εγγράφων για προσφορές και συμβόλαια
🛠️ Καταχωρεί τα Service Reports των τεχνικών στο πρόγραμμα της εταιρίας
🚗 Εκτελεί εξωτερικές εργασίες (με αυτοκίνητο της εταιρίας)
🔄 Άλλα συναφή καθήκοντα
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα – Γνώσεις:

🇬🇷🇬🇧 Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής/Αγγλικής γλώσσας
💬 Άριστες δεξιότητες προφορικής και γραπτής επικοινωνίας
✅ Σοβαρότητα, υπευθυνότητα και επαγγελματισμός
📊 Καλές οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και διάθεση επίλυσης προβλημάτων
💻 Εμπειρία με λογισμικό διαχείρισης γραφείου όπως MS Office (ιδιαίτερα MS Excel και MS Word)
🎓 Δίπλωμα Γραμματειακών σπουδών, θεωρείται επιπρόσθετο προσόν
🏗️ Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε κατασκευαστικές εταιρίες, θεωρείτε επιπρόσθετο προσόν
🚗 Κάτοχος άδειας οδηγού
📅 Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια εμπειρία σε παρόμοια θέση
