For Park Beach Hotel, Gizet installed UniPlay, combining the impact protection required for a children’s playground with a custom sea-inspired design created specifically for the project.

The surface incorporates colourful EPDM elements including a 3D whale, fisherman, starfish and crab, turning the flooring into a distinctive part of the playground environment.

A look at our work at The Landmark Nicosia.
Across 14,000 m² and two underground parking levels, Gizet delivered a custom UniPoxySkid_AD flooring system, applied in five layers to meet the demands of continuous vehicle and pedestrian traffic.

The project also included a five-colour marking strategy to clearly define parking areas, pedestrian and bicycle paths, accessible parking, charging stations, and traffic circulation.

A large-scale project where flooring, safety, and movement all had to work together.

A flooring schedule based only on square metres is likely to be wrong.

The flooring system, existing surface condition, preparation required, application layers, and curing time all need to be factored into the installation schedule.

As a general reference, a 50–100 m² residential interior typically takes around 7-12 working days, including preparation, primer, application, and curing. Larger commercial and industrial projects require individual planning.
