The energy savings of a building designed or retrofitted according to the principles of the Passive House can reach beyond 90%. The architectural office was founded in Limassol, Cyprus, in 1998 as D. Nicolaides Partnership. Following its expansion in 2003 the office was named Nicolaides Viana Partnership.
