CIVIL ENGINEER / TECHNICAL MANAGER

📋 Construction Licence: Category C – Required

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Technical Manager to lead and coordinate construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage construction projects from start to completion.
* Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
* Review technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models.
* Monitor progress, quality, and project deadlines.
* Resolve technical issues and coordinate defect rectification.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and construction standards.
* Coordinate with senior management and project stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

* Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* Registered Construction Licence – Category C.
* Proven construction management experience.
* Strong technical and BIM knowledge.
* Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
* Fluent English; Greek is an advantage.

About Us:

We are looking for a Junior Architect / Architectural Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of design drawings, 3D models, images, and presentation materials
- Support the development of documentation for statutory approvals
- Participate in all phases of the design and construction process
- Work closely with senior architects and project consultants
- Assist in the preparation of construction details and specifications
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure design intent is maintained
- Attend site visits and contribute to project meetings

Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture
- Eligible for the ETEK internship program
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and motivated, with a willingness to learn
- Competent computer skills; knowledge of Archicad is an advantage

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Technical Manager to join our team and take a key role in the successful delivery of construction projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage construction projects from planning through to completion
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
• Oversee quality, progress, programme and construction standards
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements and technical information
• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues
• Coordinate BIM and architectural, structural and MEP information
• Conduct site inspections and monitor defects and outstanding works
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements
• Prepare project records and technical reports

REQUIREMENTS

The design was carefully developed in response to the existing terrain conditions, with the main entrance positioned at the upper level of the site. This approach allowed for the creation of a striking architectural façade, complemented by an inviting staircase and landscape design that seamlessly integrates with the residence’s material palette of white rendered surfaces and exposed concrete finishes.

The house layout is both functional and welcoming, featuring spacious interiors and fluid connections between living spaces. Large sliding windows have been strategically positioned to maximize natural light and frame panoramic views towards the city. A key aspect of the design was the careful orientation of the residence, ensuring that the elevated position of the site fully benefits from the surrounding views.

KUR Residence is a private residential project currently under construction, spanning over 1,000 square metres across four stories. The project encompasses a complete package of exterior and interior design.

We have successfully completed the exterior design, and we will soon reveal the interior design concept.

The overall concept of the residence was developed to emphasise a sense of understated luxury through the thoughtful combination of materials, proportions, tones, and textures.

The exterior design focuses on clean, linear symmetry, creating a contemporary architectural language that blends seamlessly with more classic elements. The roof design combines both pitched and flat forms, adding depth, character, and visual balance to the overall structure.

For the exterior material palette, Platres grey ash stone is used as the primary stone cladding, complemented by natural wood panels and refined grey finishes.
