In the mind of the client who described it. In the hands of the who resolved it. In the light that was studied, the views that were framed, the materials that were chosen long before they arrived on site. This rendering is not a proposal.

It is a promise, of a space designed entirely around one person’s vision of home.

Every project begins with a conversation. A client sitting across from us with a vision they have been carrying, sometimes for years.

Our job is not to design over that vision but to build around it, honour it, and return it to them as something they recognise but could not have imagined alone.

There is a particular kind of beauty in a restored home.

In the wall that was uncovered and left exactly as it was found. In the floor that was saved rather than replaced. In the decision to let the age of a space become part of its rather than something to be hidden.

This is restoration done with intention, where the past is not erased but celebrated.
