We’re proud to mark the completion of our work at Heritage Private School, featuring our Tessera Plate magnetic acoustic ceiling and wall system.

Tessera Plate combines acoustic performance, architectural flexibility and easy access in one clean solution.

With Class C sound absorption, the system allows lighting and other building services to be seamlessly integrated into the ceiling. Thanks to its magnetic fixing system, each plate can be easily removed and reinstalled, providing full access to the ceiling void whenever maintenance is required.

A ceiling designed not only to look good and perform acoustically, but also to work with the building.

Designed by JK Lab Architects, Exness Kolla in Limassol is a remarkable transformation of one of the city’s historic industrial buildings into a modern corporate headquarters.

To support the project’s acoustic and architectural vision, Urban Noise Control supplied and installed more than 1,000 m² of M-System Linear 24 mm, creating a ceiling system that delivers performance without compromising the building’s heritage.

Unlike conventional ceiling systems, M-System Linear 24 mm integrates architecture, acoustics and building services into one seamless solution.
