In January we where asked to renovate and restore a cozy small 1 bedroom apartment in the centre of Limassol. The flat had not been renovated for at least 10 years. Leakages from flat roof, major mold and damp, cracks on walls and ceilings, woodwork, plumbing and electrical works contributed to this once great looking flat now looking dirty and shabby.

Owner wanted to restore and rent at current market price.

Nothing that a little TLC cannot handle. Flat roof hydro insulation, filling of cracks inside flat, painting of ceilings and walls, restoring and painting of doors, doorframes, cupboards and shutter boards, changing of WC and mixers, shower heads, grouting and cleaning of tiles along with electrical maintenance and solar and water tank maintenance where taken on.

It’s been some time since we shared some of our projects, so here goes.

Do you remember the home situated on the outskirts of Pyrgos village? Initially we where commissioned to restore and paint shutters, doors and windows.

We where then asked to fix roof and soffit and install new gutters as home had major leakages . Repairs started in March.

Project took a little longer than estimated due to rain and wind at the time. Despite this all went well and according to plan and no more leaks observed and home is looking fresh.

Situated on the south outskirts of Pyrgos’s village this home belongs to the brother of a long standing friend.
We were asked to restore wooden shutters and window frames.

October was a busy month !
We where commissioned to renovate and transform this commercial property from a barber shop to the renowned Baba Island Tea franchise in the Hallmark Germasogia tourist area (in between Starbucks and Ocean Basket)

Responsibilities included:
* Dismantling and removals of existing internal structures and designs.
* Designing and gypsum boarding.
* Re- enforcing beam structures.
* Inserting acces panels.
* Electrical installations and lighting fixtures.
* Plumbing overhaul.
* Plastering and Painting.

Project completion update

Thankful for the trust to restore, maintain and decorate, internally and externally, this serene and beautiful home located in the picturesque Amathus area.

Despite the challenges of the summer heat, the holidays and additional works requested, the delivered works carried out, where clean and tidy, on time, friendly, and of the highest quality.

As with all projects, having there own specific needs, the sourcing of the paints and materials along with the process and programming of this specific project was crucial to the fulfillment of the requirements .
