Our latest project in Kifisia, Athens 🇬🇷

We’re excited to be appointed for the structural design of a new development featuring two modern residential buildings — each an independent reinforced-concrete frame with its own basement and a full-site podium.

Both buildings will include private swimming pools on the ground floor and rooftop, combining contemporary living with high-quality engineering.

Planning permission has been granted for the project.

Chippenham Gardens - London, UK

The Chippenham Gardens development comprises 52 new homes, 22 of which are for existing secure tenants of South Kilburn for affordable social rent.

This car-free development comprises one, two and three-bedroom apartments with private balconies and winter gardens.

This scheme forms an exciting additional to the South Kilburn Regeneration Programme that’s transforming the area. The award-winning South Kilburn regeneration, led by Brent Council, is creating 2,400 new high quality homes, of which at least 1,400 will be for existing secure council tenant and households in temporary accommodation.

DMA have undertaken a 3rd party check of the calculations for the consultant and check of all the RC detailing drawings in accordance with the Eurocodes.

Central Middlesex Hospital - London, UK

This project is comprised of 158 affordable homes near Central Middlesex Hospital.

The major site redevelopment in Park Royal will see the creation of four new residential buildings, ranging from six to fifteen storeys in height. The Old Refectory Building on site, a brick building built as part of the original Central Middlesex Hospital, will also be retained and fully refurbished.

DMA have worked on the behalf of the main consultant and provided the detailed structural design as well as the RC detailing for this project in accordance to the Eurocodes.

Our latest residential Project in Kifisia, Athens.

We have collaborated with Architect Paschalis Dellios and Triantos Architecture to provide the structural engineering for this new residential scheme in Northern Athens. The development features two beautifully crafted blocks, sharing a sophisticated single-storey basement and offering exclusive private swimming pools for each block. With construction now underway, we’re committed to energy efficiency, ensuring these buildings are not only beautiful but sustainable as well. Can’t wait to see how this project transforms the community!

DMA was established as an independent engineering firm based in Cyprus, to primarily offer outsourcing engineering services for the UK and Ireland markets. Our main services are:

- Structural Design;
- RC Detailing;
- Structural BIM;
- Structural CAD.

Today we have completed the preliminary handover of Well Student Residences in Aglantzia Nicosia next to the University of Cyprus. The building has been inspected and is ready to accommodate students for the new academic year. The contractor on this project is Creato Constructions Evagorou LTD

We have recently completed the design of 16 Houses in Upton Road, Slough. The foundations of the houses are ground beams sitting on piles due to the poor ground conditions and heave issues. The superstructure of the houses is of traditional construction with brick and block walls supporting timber floors and roof.

We spent last week at UKREiiF in Leeds with Kosmas Michael (Managing Director) and Angeliki A. Palla (Regional Manager of our Athens office) representing DMA. It was great catching up with our existing clients and future collaborators. It was also interesting to attend the various talks which gave us a great insight to the current UK market. We look forward to next year’s event!

Over the last weekend we attended the Cyprus-Arab forum in Dubai. The deputy mayor of Larnaca showcased the ongoing projects in our city and we are happy to see that we are the architects and engineers on the two largest projects in progress (CMMI and the New Municipality Buildings).
