Four double bedrooms all having panoramic views towards the sea, patio doors onto the first floor terrace, all bedrooms are ensuite with either bath or shower or both, (three double beds, two single beds)

In addition there are terraces, fully stocked, landscaped gardens with twin staircases leading down to a non – chlorine (copper disinfection), heated pool 15m x 5 m, with changing areas and cloakroom. There is also a poolside kitchen and shaded seating and dining area. There is a table tennis table by the pool. There is also a completely self contained apartment within the house for the caretaker, and a separate owners wing which will be closed off for your stay. The house has been built on entirely eco principles, having overhanging balconies to all south west facing rooms to produce maximum comfort in the summer, electronic shuttering to windows and doors, maximum insulation to keep the house cool in summer and warm in winter. In addition there is air conditioning in all bedrooms. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by solar panels. When the heat is not required for the underfloor heating,the swimming pool is then heated. There are ceiling fans in all ground and first floor rooms.
