LS Property Care began its operations with a little more than the enthusiasm of its founder, for functional and affordable homes. Yet even at the start, we had a clear vision of what we wanted: a company with a core of skilled professionals that could consistently deliver high quality construction at a competitive price. Our vision has driven as since then to start building solid customer relation
ships and delivering quality projects through teamwork and dedication. At LS Property Care we strongly think that livelihood freedom is not just about buying an apartment or a house, but it is about
leading a lifestyle which blends with the natural elements even when you are inside the home. For this reason we proceeded in 2005 with the creation of a sub-company X-Stand Developments in order to give total freedom to our clients to customize their house in their own plot, renovate their home or re-design their living environment. Following the success of this step we can now proud ourselves for being the creator of this kind of holistic livelihood freedom. Our team firmly believes that buildings should reflect engineering excellence and satisfy our customers. This belief is driving us to keep up with changing times and stay customer oriented either it is for planning and execution, development of residential homes or setting the foundations of a unique commercial project.
