How many pool companies have their own pool app?

What is the benefit of the app?

The app contains every Only Pools and Hoses customer and the size of each pool, allowing all staff to input chemical readings. The app then provides the technician with the exact amount, in grams, of each chemical needed to balance the pool.

We also have the option to switch chlorine types, and the app shows us the effect of each chlorine option.

It is a live app, so I can see what each technician has done to the pool. I can view all readings from every test going back more than 40 days.

Each technician has their own login details and their daily route is pre-programmed.

The app also allows my technicians to report issues, and these are sent as live alerts.

Who created the app?

I actually created the app myself using a coding company. It is completely tailored to all our pool maintenance needs and is constantly evolving.

The app took me over four months to create.

Was this time worth it?

100% — it’s another tool that separates us from others.

Every year around April tons of pool guys go missing

This is strange yearly event
People reporting that finding there pools a green swamp like colour
When they check there cctv history they have been erased of all pool guys visits
The pool guys phone is no longer working

This is scary time for pool guys
