Saaeda Constructions is proud to announce that we have been appointed by as the paint contractor for the installation of the intumescent coating to the project “SunMar Tower”.

is a new high-rise residential building located in Limassol that consists of a total 79 apartments. The block will also include basement parking, swimming pools, SPA and many other facilities. The total height of the building will be 110 meters.

The new contract requires surface preparation of all steel members of the structure and application of intumescent paint for fire resistance to 90 minutes. The total steel surface area to be protected is approximately 30,000 sq.m. The works will commence with immediate effected and will continue until the last quarter of 2023.

We are delighted that, for another project, we will partner with Jotun to protect this property with its water-based intumescent range of products.

Another project completed by Saeeda Constructions. The ICR Permanent Training Center is part the biggest construction project currently under development Cyprus; The Integrate Resort Casino (ICR) of MELCO Group. The structure is located at Zakaki area, Limassol.

Another milestone achieved by Saeeda Constructions. A 5-storey car parking for the 5-star Amathus Hotel in Limassol was painted by our team with intumescent coating and topcoat to the steel structure, including the roof deck, with a total area of 13,000 sq.m.
