Más que ubicarse en el terreno, Amartirica se adapta a él.
Se eleva ligeramente para permitir que el aire fluya por debajo, mientras sus parasoles de madera filtran la luz y generan privacidad sin perder conexión con el exterior.
Los voladizos protegen del sol y la lluvia, creando un equilibrio natural entre sombra, ventilación y confort.
Aquí, la arquitectura no compite con el entorno… lo acompaña.

More than sitting on the land, Amartirica adapts to it.
It lifts gently above the ground, allowing air to flow beneath, while wooden louvers filter light and create privacy without losing connection to the outdoors.
Generous overhangs protect from sun and rain, shaping a natural balance between shade, ventilation, and comfort.
Here, architecture doesn’t compete with its surroundings… it moves with them.

Nuestra arquitectura bioclimática aprovecha al máximo la luz natural y la conexión con el paisaje. Grandes ventanales de piso a techo, dispuestos en dos orientaciones, inundan los interiores de claridad durante todo el día y enmarcan vistas directas a la naturaleza. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio en Amartirica amplían esta experiencia, abriendo el espacio hacia el exterior y difuminando las fronteras entre el espacio habitable y su entorno.

Our bioclimatic architecture maximizes natural light and connection to the landscape. Large floor-to-ceiling windows, oriented in two directions, fill the interiors with daylight throughout the day and frame direct views of nature.
