On August 3, CNCEC-ECEC and Indorama officially signed the EPC General Contract for Anyang Indorama Gases Co., Ltd.Clean Syngas Production Demonstration Project in Hefei, Anhui Province. Located in the Coal Chemical Industrial Park of Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, Hua County, Anyang City, Henan Province, this project marks the first chemical project invested and constructed by Indorama within China. CNCEC-ECEC shall undertake the EPC construction of all upstream units for synthesis ammonia, functional fertilizer and other compound fertilizers.

Recently, CNCEC-CC2 received Letters of Appreciation from two overseas clients, CII and GFC, for the successful completion of ICAD II Fluorine Chlor-Alkali Chemical Plant Project in Abu Dhabi (Phase II). The clients spoke highly of CNCEC-CC2 team’s outstanding performance, superior workmanship, technical professionalism, and pragmatic working style, in particular, the realization of zero incident goal, and fully recognized its sound HSE system and rich experience in overseas operations.

Recently, CNCEC-TCC signed the EPC contract for the storage, transportation and tank farm of Phase I of the Shaanxi Yuneng Epoxy Resin Integrated Project with Shaanxi Yuneng Energy & New Materials Co., Ltd.
As the world's first full-industrial-chain facility to produce epoxy resin from coal-based methanol, the project marks a core strategic layout of Yuneng Group to expand its presence in the fine chemical sector and foster the high-end, green and intelligent transformation of the fine chemical industry. Recently, the project team for the Vietnam Long Son Low-Temperature Storage Tank Facility, led by CNCEC-TCC in collaboration with the project owner and consortium partners, took the initiative to organize a community outreach visit to neighboring residents. This practical initiative underscored the overseas social responsibility of a central state-owned enterprise and helped reinforce the positive international reputation of Chinese companies.
Drawing on its strengths as the general contractor, CNCEC-TCC gained a thorough understanding of local residents’ concerns and needs. Recently, a series of sports competitions were held by CNCEC-CC2 at its Zhongda Oil Refinery Oil Products Quality Upgrade Project in Kyrgyzstan, including basketball, badminton and table tennis, which drew enthusiastic participation from the site personnel.
Through these competitions, the team members built consensus, unleashed their energy, and fully demonstrated the commitment and enterprising spirit of state-owned enterprise builders—rising to challenges and forging ahead with determination. After competitions, the project manager presented trophies to the winners and urged all employees to carry forward the spirit of unity and perseverance into their daily responsibilities.
The activity marks an important step in enhancing staff care and team cohesion. The project team will continue to strengthen well-being of overseas staff, ensuring the high-quality delivery of this key Belt and Road project.
