Ein Mehrfamilienhaus von 1983, energetisch erneuert und um vier Wohnungen in Holzbau aufgestockt. Die vorgehängte Metallfassade verbindet Alt und Neu zu einem Ganzen, ganz ohne sichtbare Naht. Eine Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe ersetzt die Gasheizung.

🏗️ Poststrasse, Adliswil – from existing building to the future.
A 1983 apartment building, energy-retrofitted and extended with four timber-construction apartments on top. The ventilated metal façade joins old and new into a single whole, with no visible seam. An air-to-water heat pump replaces the gas heating.
