I am passionate about pâtisserie, chocolates, food, retail & hospitality: the products, its people and its business. Coming from Paris where desserts are qualitative commodities, I can't imagine a good meal, a party or a corporate event without sweets. Therefore I worked as an entrepreneur in pastry and catering business in Germany, gaining experience in baking, catering and acquiring B2B and B2C

customers. After almost 10 years running my own business in Germany I felt it was time to pursue my quest for premium pastries and chocolate in Switzerland. I then fulfilled my dream and worked in sales and digital marketing for a Swiss premium chocolatier called Vollenweider Chocolatier Confiseur based in Zurich and Winterthur. I bring business competences from my former experiences as a pastry entrepreneur and from my positions in sales and marketing in premium companies and valuable know-how thanks to my master's degree in business and my pastry chef certificate. I'm now happy to consolidate and deepen my knowledge of digital marketing at Kellogg / Northwestern University .
