Sport doesn’t just build strength. It drives growth and development.

At Belimo, we see this reflected in Luc, our 21 year old IT apprentice and professional athlete who is proving what dedication can achieve.

🏐 By end of March, Luc and his volleyball team celebrated becoming Swiss Champions in National League B, a milestone that showcases his commitment and teamwork.

🏄 At the same time, he is training with the Swiss Wakeboard National Team, preparing for the European Championships this summer and aiming for a place at the World Championships shortly after. With last year’s third place in the EC team ranking, he is pushing himself to reach even higher.

Supporting Luc is part of how we live our culture at Belimo. We invest in our people.

For Luc, that means flexibility for training and competitions and financial support that allows him to pursue two high performance sports while completing his apprenticeship.

🎉 He will finish his apprenticeship this summer, and we’re excited to follow his continued journey: on the water, on the court, and in his professional future.

Thank you to our Belimo shareholders who joined us yesterday for our 51st Annual General Meeting in Rapperswil, Switzerland 🙌

At the meeting, shareholders approved all motions of the Board of Directors and elected Dr. Karina Rigby as a new member of the Board.

Reflecting on her first impressions, Dr. Karina Rigby shared:

2025 was a year marked by Belimo’s 50-year anniversary celebration and the strongest financial results ever! 🎉

Despite dynamic end markets, Belimo continued to execute on its long-term growth strategy.

🟨 Launching the New Digital Generation products, expanding the data center organization, continuing RetroFIT+ initiatives, and expanding global capacity.

🟨 Enabling Belimo to cater the growth megatrends of urbanization, climate change, and digitalization.

🟨 Driving growth acceleration in Belimo's core HVAC business and in data centers.

This resulted in outstanding +23% sales growth (local currencies) and +28.6% EBIT growth year-over-year.
