Next weekend the Denmark mural panels will be crated back up and sent off to Ottawa for installation at the historical Byward Market in Times Square! 😀

It will be sad to see this mural go from the home studio, they’ve really become a part of the decor lol So happy that it’s getting ready for its next home though for more people to enjoy publicly ! 😊

September 4th is the tentative date for the reveal after installation on the building exterior for anyone who’s in town!

I’ll be meeting the Ambassador of Denmark in person along with the amazing council of the Royal Danish Embassy I’ve been working with on the mural coordination, which is so cool! 🇩🇰An opportunity to finally also be out of paint clothes and be snazzy lol🤓

Been spending more time out in nature recently, sungazing, painting outside, and noticing energetic shifts in myself happening from this simple action. The more we unplug from the mainstream craziness, the more we get in tuned with what’s really important- being present in the moment, self love and gratitude for the beautiful thing we call life.🩷

Never thought I would be needing a 9ft x 5ft easel !

Last week I received Aluminum Composite panels for a mural project for The Royal Danish Embassy- no pressure at all lol😅

I quickly realized my supposedly “heavy duty easel” just wasn’t heavy duty enough😬!

I drew up a design a few days ago to build a massive homemade rolling panel easel that’s double sided to hold 2 panels back to back!

This is the first prototype, where there was some bumps in the road building it, but good thing I need a second which will go alot smoother😅lol The plan is to paint 2 at a time to make sure the mural is all aligned from one panel to another.

I didn’t like the setup of the space so I spruced up the shipping crate by placing a bamboo wall in front, some plants and lighting for a more homey ambiance!🌸

Final results with the second panel in the studio setup will be next week! 😊🩷

It’s official ! The mural ACM panels are here for me start painting for Ottawa’s Royal Danish Embassy Mural Project! 🤩🇩🇰

My birthday came at a great time, where I got some much needed rest and recovery at a Scandinavian Spa near Blue Mountain Village last week🌸

I definitely would have loved a longer stay but I’m excited to get these panels uncrated and into the studio 😊! Updates will come soon!
