🌱 It was a pleasure working with CCR Construction on this commercial project! 🌱

At the McDonald’s in Melville we brought the area to final grade, installed sod, mulch, rip rap rock, trees, shrubs and the placement of boulders now makes this area look top notch. 👌

💥 Phase 1 of this project is completed 💥

For this back yard oasis we used Barkman Concrete Compac 111 in the color charcoal grey. A specifier’s favourite! 👌

Using the proven Keystone pin connection system, Keystone Compac III is the perfect solution for gravity walls up to 4 feet in height and large-scale projects over 60’h.

💥 This wall is 10 feet high with a second garden wall! We also installed weeping tile amongst all the other grading and prep work….
The steps give you the rugged attractiveness of natural stone but combines it with the safety and comfort of uniform rise. Compac 111 Step line is ideal for more formal, sophisticated settings. 💥

After 35 full days - we are proud of our crews for all their hard work - fighting against a wet year and then the hot weather we are proud of how this project turned out!

Our crews have been hard at it since it has finally stopped raining. 💦

We completed our job at Federated Cooperatives Limited Distribution Centre in Regina today. 💪

There was yet again extensive ground work, top soil removal and preparation, grass seed, tree planting and much more… 🌳 🚜

Here is one of our projects from this year and last. 👌

We completed all the extensive ground work for this project at Pasqua First Nation Elders Centre and long term care facility. We are proud to be one of the subcontractors for this beautiful building. 🚜

We at Double D Landscaping have been in full force. This finished pad and flower bed makes this back yard look so good! 👌

We used Holland pavers by Barkman Concrete in the color antique brown, followed with Stack stones in the color charcoal. 🧱

We completely another yard by making it look pristine and clean! 👌

We bordered their existing flower bed with Granite Edgers by Barkman Concrete in the color charcoal grey.
These edgers are perfect for any landscape project that requires edging. They are versatile and can be used for straight and curves. 🧱

We also bordered their lawn using 2-3 inch rock and planted dwarf Japanese flowering crab trees. 🌳

Followed by preparing and placing the front yard with sod. 🌱

Our crew have been very busy this past week...

This particular yard started with preparing the front yard, using 2-3 inch rock and cedar wood mulch.

Then we cut out all their old grass, brought their yard to final grade, added black soil and laid sod. 🌱

Installing sod will only be successful if it’s taken care of properly;

We made a beautiful and economical Yorkton Concrete Fireplace kit in the color charcoal grey and placed grey lava rock and bordered the area with 2-3 inch rock to complete this back yard!!
The best nights are usually around a fire! 🔥

We also added a two tier wall of stack stones around their existing flower bed to add to their front yard. Stack Stones have a weathered counterpart and features many different colors and sizes, but with a worn, chiseled appearance. Its tongue and groove system ensures a tight interlock between each block, making them ideal for straight and curved garden walls. No matter how simple or complex your garden wall project is, they will be up for the task.

So simple but so structurally sound and beautiful! 🪴
