This Labour Day, we’re taking a moment to recognize the hard work and dedication of the people who keep our communities moving every day. 🛠️

Our team at Southwest Home Comfort puts in countless hours throughout the year, and we’re incredibly grateful for the dedication, skill, and care they bring to their work and our customers each day.

In recognition of Labour Day, our office will be closed Monday, September 7th. We’ll return to regular business hours on Tuesday, September 8th.

🎉 Happy 30th Birthday Riley! 🎉

Riley holds a pretty special place here at Southwest Home Comfort. He was our very first hire when we began growing the company, and after more than four years with us, he proudly carries the title of Lead Red Seal HVAC Technician.

Over the years, Riley’s strong work ethic, determination to succeed, and willingness to share his knowledge have made a huge impact on this company and our crew. He’s always there to help, guide, teach, and support the people around him, and that kind of leadership does not go unnoticed.

When someone has been with you from the early days, they become more than just an employee, they become an important part of the story of your company and Riley has certainly been an important part of ours.

We’re incredibly grateful to have Riley growing alongside us from the beginning, and even prouder to see him now leading, teaching, and supporting our crew. We truly value everything he brings to our team and are lucky to have him!!

Today we’re celebrating the person who usually takes the time to make these posts, making sure everyone else gets celebrated on their birthday! But today, she gets a break! (only from birthday posts)

Kayla is truly the glue that holds so much of our day-to-day together. She’s the friendly voice you hear when you call in, the one who makes sure our schedule runs smooth. She is dependable, welcoming, and a natural born problem solver. The pride she takes in our company and the care she puts into everything she does makes a bigger difference than she probably realizes.
