What started off as just a backsplash and range hood install quickly turned into my favorite project of 2025. New hardwood flooring, doors, trim, and paint completed the upstairs bedrooms. Opened up a wall between the dining and living room to create an entertainment space, complete with additional cabinets and quartz countertop. New ceiling beams were installed as well as a fireplace surround, mantel, and shelving to finish off the main floor. In the basement, we added a full bathroom with a cultured marble shower surround and transformed a 2-piece bathroom into a small walk-in pantry.

This beautiful dine in kitchen transformation began by open up the space and adding ample lighting. New cabinets, flooring, countertops and backsplash are some of the features that take this kitchen to the next level. A custom bar height island was built to add storage, counterspace and a seating area. Complete start to finish from Brentwood Carpentry.

Once I started demo on this bathroom I quickly realized that there was some major water damage from a leaking window. The homeowner and I agreed that it was best to remove the window, re frame the wall and start fresh. We added more lighting with a fan/light combo to make up for the loss of natural light. A new soaker tub, wavy white subway tile and glass shower doors were done in the shower area. The cedar ceiling planks were saved and a new vanity was installed to tie in with it. Last but not least a stone mosiac floor was done to give it that beach feel.

After removing existing walls, and installing support beams, I was able to create separate spaces to suit the client's needs. Included in the full basement renovation is, a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, storage room, walk-in pantry, home gym, and living area. The home gym features floor to ceiling glass walls and doors, and a modern wood-slat ceiling. Natural wood-toned vinyl plank flooring flows throughout the the basement. A faux beam was also installed and stained to tie in with the flooring.

Turned this unfinished basement into three bedrooms, living space and hallway with storage unit. Soundproofing between floors with insulation and resilient channel. All electrical brought up to code and finished by Certified Electric. Luxury vinyl throughout from Hucker Flooring. Added some wainscotting to the living room for some nice detail. Storage unit leading to main living space custom built to fit the space. Just waiting on cabinet doors and this project will be all wrapped up. Call Brentwood Carpentry for your renovation needs.
