Greystone Utility Services successfully completed a challenging 69 kV transmission line project involving the installation of 29 transmission structures through extremely rocky terrain in New Brunswick. The project presented several significant technical and logistical challenges, including an unusually high percentage of dead-end structures.

The work also involved multiple critical crossings of existing energized transmission lines, provincial highways, and CN Rail infrastructure, all of which required detailed engineering, extensive stakeholder coordination, specialized construction methodologies, and rigorous safety planning.

Despite these complexities, the project was executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the required quality standards, demonstrating Greystone’s expertise in delivering technically demanding transmission infrastructure projects in challenging environments.
