Gaspereau Contracting has been building and renovating in the Annapolis Valley and surrounding area since 1990.

We work with architects, designers and home owners to construct large or small custom homes, as well as extensive or minor renovations. Our approach to all projects is very much a team effort, and the most important member of that team is you, our customer. We have established strong relationships with industry professionals (plumbers, electricians, drywallers, as well as ventilation and heating s

ubcontractors) to maintain continuity and quality control. Also, we do all our own foundations, framing, roofing, and finishing work. To provide you with a completed project, we also offer interior and exterior painting services. Our experience, partnered with capable tradespeople and youthful apprentices, gives us a clear edge. Our promise to keep your interests first, whatever the size or scope of the project, is paramount.

Check out our team working on a custom home built with solid ICF construction designed by architect Vincent den Hartog. Weather has been very challenging this year but they are making great progress!

Did you know that Gaspereau Contracting has a heated/air conditioned shop where we are able to work year round? We presently have a team constructing a post and beam frame for a cottage renovation/addition.
The 3 storey, 5000 square foot 100 year old building was formerly an apple storage barn.
A pretty cool building with a new purpose!

Constructed mainly from Thuya Burl veneered plywood and sap maple beading, these classically designed cabinets were used as matching his and hers vanities.
