Hello October!! ….what better way to kick off Fall and Spooky Season 🍁 👻 than by having a great deep clean of your home. Our awesome BNI MB Monthly Member Spotlight can certainly help with that!!

⭐️ Cindy Friesen is the owner of Cindy-rella’s Cleaning Service. Her business serves all of Winnipeg, Steinbach, Altona and surrounding areas.

Cindy and her team love helping families spend time with their loved ones without the worry of keeping their houses sparkly clean.
Cindy-rella’s will take care of that for you.

Their ideal referral is a family where both parents work and then when they come home are running their kids to and from their activities. If you hear your friends saying they have no time to clean or just want to relax, that’s a great time to reach out to Cindy.

Cindy has been a member of the BNI Impact chapter in Winnipeg for almost 2 years and stepped up almost immediately into a leadership role (we love that 👍🏽). She is now stepping into the role of Vice President and is looking forward to helping her chapter go from strength to strength. Her bubbly personality and winning smile make her a stand-out 🥰

Hello September!!! Summer is winding down and we are all getting back into our regular routines. Let’s take some time to celebrate our BNI MB Monthly Member Spotlight 🙌😎

⭐️ Ryan Desmarais is the owner of Websites.ca, a professional website design company based in Winnipeg.

Ryan loves helping his clients with building and maintaining effective websites and redesigning old and outdated websites. He is very passionate about coaching business owners on the best website strategies in 2026.

Ryan and his team’s ideal referrals are small business owners who don’t have a huge monthly budget or time to manage their own websites. They also enjoy working with small Canadian companies where they can offer their “one-stop-website-shop”.

Ryan has been a Member of the BNI Executives chapter for almost 17 years snd has held many different roles, always steering his chapter in the right direction with all things Membership related. He is so well respected by his fellow Members and throughout the BNI Winnipeg community.

Fun fact about Ryan 😀……he had a (short) acting career as a child and was on an episode of Sesame Street!!! 👍🏽
