Part 2 of Our Story:
Four years after starting Super Value Carpet Cleaning in Winnipeg, Sean and Shawn made a big decision.
In 1994, they expanded to Calgary.
What began as a small carpet cleaning company quickly grew into operations in two cities and nearly 50 employees.
It was an exciting season filled with opportunity, long hours, big dreams, and plenty of lessons along the way.
Like many family businesses, everyone pitched in.
Family members answered phones, cleaned carpets, booked appointments, and did whatever needed to be done to help the company grow.
Looking back, one thing stands out; sometimes growth requires taking a risk.
Not every risk works exactly as planned, but every risk teaches you something.
The lessons learned during these years helped shape the company we are today and laid the foundation for the next 36 years.
Looking through these old photos reminds us how important it is to be willing to try, learn, adapt, and keep moving forward.
