Design-Build Electrical – 7-Storey Multi-Family Development

Welcome to 65 Kirkbridge at Richmond Crossing!

Camco Electric is proud to provide the complete design-build electrical package for this 7-storey, 78-suite multi-family development.

Our scope includes a new 800A, 600V 3-phase electrical service, suite and owner distribution, individual metering, complete fire alarm and life-safety systems, LED suite/common-area/exterior lighting, site lighting, mechanical and elevator power, emergency lighting, data and networking infrastructure, door entry, and security/access-control rough-ins.

Each suite includes complete lighting and receptacle wiring, dedicated appliance circuits, AFCI/GFCI protection, smoke detection, data, and power for in-suite heating and cooling.

From design coordination through installation, programming, verification, and final commissioning, Camco Electric is delivering a complete electrical system built for reliability, safety, and long-term performance.
