This customer had a leaking roof vent. I sealed it up and installed new duct work for the hallway bathroom and master bathroom. The new ducts went out the side of the house. No more leaks!

The hallway bathroom ceiling was completely removed and replaced due to water damage. The attic was also re insulated.

New tub, shower valve and trim kit, and tub surround. Another happy customer!

This step was structurally sound. The top 3-4 inches of concrete was chipped away. Corrosion-resistant rebar was glued into the existing step. Galvanized steel mesh was added for additional structural support.

4 inches of new concrete was poured on top to make these ugly steps like new!
