In Winnipeg, a home is only as strong as the foundation beneath it.

Our climate isn’t forgiving. We have extreme temperature swings, deep frost pe*******on, and clay-heavy soils which means your foundation needs to be engineered for performance.

That’s why proper foundation construction here includes deep piles placed below frost depth to prevent movement, reinforced concrete walls designed for shifting soils, and damp-proofing & drainage systems to manage water around the home. This is regardless of if you have a crawlspace or a full basement.

Cut corners here, and you risk cracks, settlement, and costly repairs down the line. We build it right the first time - because everything else depends on it.
