Mark Ward, site superintendent at Contempora, breaks down what it took to get this build off the ground.

The area started as a swamp. A serious amount of rock had to be brought in just to create a stable foundation before construction could even begin.

From there, it came down to the crews and subtrades working together, coordinating every step to keep the project moving.

This is the kind of problem solving that does not always make it into the final photos, but it is exactly what Contempora does best.

Schellvac Equipment Inc. at 24 Ryan Firth Way in East St. Paul.

Two pre-engineered steel buildings. 71,000 square feet of total space across a 5 acre site. Built to support the full manufacturing process of Hydrovac and Septic Pumper Trucks from start to finish.

19 overhead doors. 9 overhead cranes. A dedicated sandblasting booth and paint booth all under one roof.

This is what a purpose built manufacturing facility looks like when every detail is designed around how the operation actually runs.

Contempora built Commercial Truck Equipment Co 's original facility, and nearly a decade later, they called on the same team for an expansion and full renovation.

A complete gut job, start to finish, on a building they trusted Contempora to get right the first time.

Welcome to Commercial Truck Equipment Co at 245 Transport Road in Winnipeg.

Roughly 15,000 square feet. 14 brand new bays. Two 10 ton cranes the original facility never had. A 2,000 square foot wash bay rounding out the operation.

From the showroom to the shop floor, every detail was finished to a topnotch standard.
