We swapped out this old rotted faucet that was past its lifetime.
The complaint was that it would not shut off. The faucet would not turn off as something inside was broken.
So we installed a new two handle economical unit.

This is what 2800$ worth of lead sheets look like in rolled form.
We are doing the walls of an Xray room in a doctors office, and they first need to be lined with lead before the wall covering goes on.
They are heavy and you must wear gloves when handling lead.

We were sent the first picture late last night from a customer of their leaking hot water tank.
This morning we disconnected the old gas tank, and installed a new electrical tank.
And we always haul away the old tanks, some companies leave them behind.

We swapped out an old toilet for a new one today.
We also had to do a slight repair to the floor fl**ge.
This house shows us that lead was once used for the toilet elbow. And the lead here was in really good shape.

“It’s just a small patch”

Someone tried patching this drywall themselves and decided it wasn’t such a small job after all.

Three coats of mud, then a coat of primer, touch ups and then two coats of paint.

It’s not a quick and easy job patching drywall and often requires multiple trips out. And you always have to coat a larger area than you think to blend it all nicely.
When we do it, you can’t even tell.

Would you believe that someone installed this shower with a door that swings open right into the toilet?
That’s exactly what a previous contractor did here.
It’s pretty shocking that the door or toilet, (or both) haven’t been broken yet!

We removed the old swinging door assembly and installed a new sliding glass shower door so the shower can now be used without worry.

Another hot water tank replaced.
Did you know that many insurance companies will not cover your insurance claim if it’s due to a hot water tank leak or burst if the tank is older than 15 years?!

If you have water leak around your tank, or it’s not getting as hot as it used to, or it’s just really old, if you’re in Winnipeg and surrounding area, give us a call and we will get your hot water tank replaced, usually within the same day.
