**Bad Contractor Alert**
This week we had a terrible experience with a plumbing contractor. Marks Plumbing here in Winnipeg asked us to replace a sewer from the property line to the front wall of his customers residence. We agreed on a price, a discounted amount. We completed the work only to find out he misdiagnosed the issue or the location of the issue. We found the the issue was beyond the provste property and required a renewal to the city main. The replacement we completed was likely unnecessary but it was already done. Mark has now ran away with the customers deposit of $4000. Hasnt done anything and the problem remains. We have not been paid a dime for all of our work. We are now working with the owner to replace the remaining pipe to the city main and get him back to normal.
All contractors make mistakes its the bad onea that run away like Mark has done and to make it worse he kept the deposit and refuses to pay us anything.
Avoid this Marks Plumbing and avoid a headache
