If I could leave more stars than 5 I would, as Cox exceeded in every area of the job. In a fortunate way after an unfortunate beginning, we were introduced to Cox Construction. Our service line failed from our home and found out that its the home owners responsibility after your property line (even under the city street!), unless you can prove you have been doing proper maintenance on the line, which thankfully we had. The city then tendered the job and awarded their portion to Cox Construction, and we expanded the job with our insurance to complete the line fully, they even added a backup valve to our home too. Within a week of being awarded the job they were completed the work! They showed up on time, were very clean in our home, and followed up as required. Very happy! Great job to Matt, Patty, Tara and the rest of the team.
