Hi all builders & Developers
If you are doing any projects, letโ€™s talk.

Cost has gone up tremendously and we need to do whatever we can to lower t the cost.

What I am suggesting is pool our orders and direct them to specific trades and suppliers. By creating volume, that will give us leverage. Currently thats what we are doing for all projects. I just talk to someone and thought why not add more to the pool.

Not looking for referral fee or money but give more work to capable companies and demand better pricing.
