This was one of my largest projects I have ever done! Here it is a year later. Not a single crack , and outside of some discolouration (it happens with concrete) these are looking great and ready for the long haul. Last picture was taken a few days ago! This was a decent sized project and happy to get this done for Nathan! All compromised concrete removed, repairs completed and a full resurfacing so these steps will hold up for the long haul. 💪💪. As always, ignore the discolouration as it is curing. The thunderstorms and extreme heat tried their very best to slow us down, but we got schedules and we have an abundance of clients that have their projects awaiting to be completed! The repairs are now complete on this landing and steps. A quick grind and the finish coat on Saturday! I got both of these projects wrapped up this week! First one in Windsor park where I removed a failing and awful
Looking coating that a previous contractor attempted. They left large uneven surfaces on the concrete. I was able to remove it and get it flat and smooth before resurfacing the steps and landing! The second was a little repair project in the polo park area. Removed all loose and damaged concrete and now a nice safe step for the homeowner and visitors!

Wow it looks like the weather is finally Cooperating! I was able to get both these projects done this week in Windsor park and st Boniface. Tied into the house and epoxied dowels and added slope to get the water away from the house and the set of steps was right across the sidewalk from another restoration I did in 2024! I appreciate referrals!
