BSLXRESTORE.ca This little lift at a rental property was quick, simple and turned out great! At some point they poured a new slab on top of an old one to re level the step, which caused it to be heavier and sink quicker. But we got it back up to where it should be! This lift went great yet again! Trip hazard gone, voids filled, driveway brought up about 3 inches flush with garage pad. Raised sidewalk about 1 inch to close gaps and stabilize. projects completed last week! 3 sets of steps repaired and restored. One was extended by about a foot to match the existing step. Also lifted the sidewalk up about 2 inches to make the step much safer than it was! Bslxrestore.ca 1 of 2 lifts this week! We were able to lift this ENTIRE garage almost 2 full inches on 2 sides. Eliminates a couple Of trip hazards, filled the voids and made it ALOT harder for water to enter from the outside.
