It was a great day to load the roof for this new apartment complex! With Convoy Supply running trucks all day loaded with SOPREMA Canada matetial for the new Modified system about to go down!

Here is a project from earlier this season, we teamed up with Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance to restore this 20+ year old built up roof, with a moisture analysis done to identify wet insulation we were able to do spot replacements then install tremco alphagrade and a 2 part roof coating to provide a 20 + year roof and keeping a tear off out of our landfills.

One of our crews loading this high-rise with Moir Crane Service Ltd. With the final pieces of this replacement project. The team removed just shy of 1900 paving stones and insulation, installed a new fully adhered Carlisle .115" fleece back EPDM, new insulation and full roof top patio on completion.
