🔥💥 — BUILT DIFFERENT EDITION 💥🔥
This week we’re spotlighting someone whose name might not always be on the banner, but if you see DS Electric, you know Mike Dupuis is behind it. And if Mike’s behind it, you know it’s about community first.
When DS Electric sponsored a water station at the Windsor Waterfront Half Marathon, Mike didn’t just put his business name up. He rolled up his sleeves. He reached out to the Knights of Columbus asking for help and volunteers to make it happen. That simple act of service turned into something bigger… brotherhood.
That moment led Mike to officially join the Knights of Columbus as a Brother Knight, proving that when you serve alongside others, you don’t just support the mission, you become part of it.
Mike lives endurance in every sense of the word. From running the New York City Marathon, to hiking Patagonia, Newfoundland, and the iconic Bruce Trail from Niagara Falls to Tobermory, he pushes limits wherever he goes.
And through DS Electric, he consistently gives back:
Windsor Express Adopt-A-School
Windsor Waterfront Half Marathon
Glengarry Charity events
NCG Wrestling
St. Clair College retirement events
Riverside Church Christmas events
Kickboxing community events
Women in Trades (WIFF)
Ride for Cancer
Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation
Walk for Cancer 5K
Amherstburg Christmas Walk/Run
Anytime you see DS Electric supporting an event, know this:
It’s Mike standing quietly behind the scenes, powering the people and the causes that make our city stronger.
Mike, thank you for leading with action, heart, and humility.
That’s what both a Knight and a true Wheelchair Warrior looks like. Into the breach!
