Scape It Inc. had the privilege of working with the amazing team at Riverside Place, a retirement home dedicated to providing the best for its residents. This project was all about creating an accessible, safe, and functional outdoor space for elderly and mobility-challenged residents to enjoy activities and relaxation.

The team at Extendicare wanted to transform an uneven and challenging grass area into a beautiful, low-maintenance space, and we delivered with precision and care:

✅ Expert Excavation & Grading: We carefully excavated the site and professionally graded it to ensure a smooth, even surface as the foundation for the transformation.
✅ Proper Drainage Installation: To prevent water pooling and ensure long-term functionality, we integrated a proper drainage system beneath the turf, allowing water to flow away efficiently.
✅ Premium Installation: Using industry-leading techniques, we installed Bella Turf, a lush, durable, and natural-looking surface perfect for activities and low-maintenance care.
✅ Meticulous Attention to Detail: Every edge, seam, and layer was carefully handled to ensure a flawless finish that is safe, durable, and ready for years of use.

✨ A special shoutout to Carlie, the passionate Recreational Manager at Extendicare Riverside Place, whose dedication to the residents made this project a reality.
