ld like to address recent and ongoing statements circulating online regarding our company.
In 2021, we completed a project for an individual who later expressed concerns related to flooring. At that time, we made reasonable efforts to return and address those concerns; however, we were not provided the opportunity to do so.
Since then, there have been repeated posts made about our company on Buyers Beware Windsor by the Admin who we completed the flooring job for, we believe misrepresent both the circumstances of that project and our business practices. More recently, an anonymous post has alleged that we accepted payment for a project and failed to perform the work. We want to state clearly that this claim is false. We have no record of such a client or transaction.
We are also deeply concerned by anonymous posts that have shared personal information and location relating to our family. This behavior is inappropriate and unacceptable.
As a business, we take pride in the quality of our work, our professionalism, and our commitment to our clients. We have remained silent on this matter for some time; however, given the continued nature of these statements and our inability to respond directly on certain platforms because we are blocked and so is family and friends, we feel it is necessary to clarify our position.
