I “found” this plant under one of my raised beds. I must’ve moved and forgotten where I put it. Gonna bring this guy indoors and use in tea and any lamb dishes we cook.

This little fella was just 4Kg or 8.8 lbs. Great for sandwiches and soup.

This may have been my best tasting turkey yet. Used Celtic salt, black pepper, garlic, butter, onion and fresh herbs 🪴 from the garden such as lemon thyme and oregano. So good!!

The only disappointment I had with the turkey was that it didn’t have a heart, liver, and giblets. Oh yeah, if you haven’t noticed already… he was short a wing. 😂
