Another one done!
Thanks so much for your trust in us to make this home safe.
This house was literally being supported by a pile of rocks, with a 3" dip in the center.
We supported the 2nd floor, removed first floor, and put in a whole new floor system with new footings, beams, and joists.

And again, as promised, a portion of this job is being donated to the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation

It's hard to tell but this house had about a 2" dip in the middle and some pretty serious rot in the floor system.
We replaced some beams and floor joists, installed new rimboard, added some footings, and leveled the entire floor, all while praying it wouldnt fall on us!

But seriously, folks! Go take a look in your crawlspace 👀

We're replaing 36' of beams, switching out a bunch of joists, and a few other fixes.
Thankfully the home owner removed the sub floor because this crawl space is less than 2' is most spots
