We've been so busy lately we haven't had any time to update our page. So here is a bathroom we just completed, the customer needed an exhaust fan installed to deal with a never ending humidity issue. We also sound proofed the ceiling space while it was open and replaced the old ceiling with green board so there wouldn't be any mold issues down the road. Finished off with some fresh flooring, quarter round, and a few coats of paint.

This customer had drainage issues from the driveway being higher than the house we added a french drain to keep the water away from the foundation as well as take the downspouts out to the backyard. Back filled with clear stone and topped with riverstone to keep it dry and maintenance free for years to come.

These customers had been living in their home for 5 years and never got to enjoy the backyard because of the way it was when purchased, we came in the spring and removed all the asphalt and flagstone and created the backyard they had been dreaming of. Another extremely happy customer of ours.
