We’re in the home stretch of this beautiful custom build. Just a few finishing touches remain, and we’ll be wrapping things up right in time for the homeowner to enjoy it this summer. It’s a beautiful project, and we can’t wait to see it lived in and enjoyed for years to come.

We’re bringing back!

This one still feels more like a castle than a house… We had the pleasure of adding the structural timbers to this incredible build, where the owner - a skilled bricklayer by trade - truly pushed their craft to the limit. The masonry work speaks for itself, and the final result is nothing short of stunning.

Let’s also just say the mantle “headgear” has had a serious upgrade since then. 🫎

A building inside a building.

We had the opportunity to design and build this timber structure as the framework for a new office space-complete with meeting rooms, a kitchen, and more. There’s always a bit of the unknown when stepping into an existing structure and bringing virtual plans into alignment with real-world steel. Some things you can plan for, and some you adapt to on site - that’s part of what keeps the work fun.

Big thanks to and their crew for bringing us in on this one. They run a tight ship, and because their team stayed ahead of us, we were able to execute at a high level and deliver something we’re proud of.

Our team is givin’er at this beautiful lake house on the Shuswap. After tragically burning down in the Scotch Creek fires a few years back, seeing it rebuilt better than ever is pretty special. Plenty of lake days and more than a few drinks will be shared with this view.
