Insurance rebuild after a small fire occurred in this apartment.

Here’s an insurance claim we took on last summer. Siding had been melted by a fire outside the building and we replaced the siding and re- paned a few of the damaged windows, and replaced 2 exterior doors.

Here’s 2 more bathrooms I recently finished. One was previously a storage area and the other had a short tall tub and a hot water tank next to it. We completely changed both rooms into more functional bathrooms also installed a hot water on demand unit with the help of Dana, Plumber Next Door.
