Big project all wrapped up!
What started as a blank slate suffering from water damage, is now a custom dream basement. We made LOTS of cuts, but didn't cut any corners!
Photos really don't do this basement any justice.
We started off the project by installing new insulation, and vapour barrier. From there we
• Framed walls for two brand new closets, and a second bedroom
• Fresh drywall for backing, then finished with custom shiplap walls throughout the basement.
• New flooring, baseboards, crown moulding, and detailed trim
• Custom barn doors and custom bedroom doors
• Post-and-beam to tie it all together
• Full kitchenette, new tub/surround and a new, updated vanity
• Installed 3 brand-new windows to bring in natural light and maximize airflow
