Commercial is coming along!

While weā€™re wrapping up the commercial siding, weā€™re also gearing up for a busy few months on the residential side.

Weā€™ll be starting footings for our 2 story single family home, conveniently located right next door to our small rancher on Breadwinner Lane šŸ 

Weā€™ve also had to revisit our plans for the duplex on Leota and have decided to build two larger single level homes, each WITH a double car garage šŸ˜Ž Sadly, no more duplex.

236 Leota = large single level home + double car garage
240 Leota = large single level home + double car garage

Crunch time to get at least two more foundations in before fall šŸ‚

Lots of summer left, right?! šŸ˜…

Right now, the main design focus is windows!

Windows are such big, permanent decisions. From the color, height, width, shape, sill height, trim vs no trim, transparent vs obscure, operable vs fixed, grids vs no gridsā€¦ and making sure everything is up to code šŸ¤“

And thatā€™s just windows BUT we love it šŸ¤
