We strive for customer satisfaction. However, with the cold weather that has approached and will continue to drop, NO HEAT calls will take priority in our work schedules. We apologize for when or if we have to call to reschedule our previously booked appointments due to emergency calls. We try our best to give an appropriate amount of notice but sometimes it can be very last minute.
Your understanding is much appreciated and we hope we can work with you to make any re-bookings as convenient as possible :)
